Vrchat World: LPD Basement

I'm thrilled to share my work on the LPD Basement World, a project created for the Local Police Department https://x.com/LPD_vr that I used to maintain 18 months.

Originally created by the talented Tris https://x.com/NeetTris, this world has undergone several transformations, with Karet https://x.com/5xa maintaining it before I took over.

My contributions to this world include:

A revamped layout to improve navigation and flow
Heavily updated shading to enhance the overall aesthetic
Retexturing and new models to add depth and variety
A cozy new room for relaxing and socializing
VRSL stage lights and custom light models for an immersive experience
Engine sound redesign to support immersive encoded spatialized audio with ArcUpmix
Realtime GI with a combination of LTCGI for surfaces, Enlighten, and a Realtime Reflection Probe for dynamic lighting
A script-driven reflection probe that attaches to the local player's head for a more realistic experience
Screenspace volumetric fog that responds to the reflection probe's intensity and colors
